Girls on the Run (Holland)

We are proud to be a Gold Sponsor of the local Girl’s On The Run Event, which took place on May 30, 2008.
The girls meet with their mentor and start working out in late winter for the run in mid May. The Center for Women in Transition is the organization in our area, which coordinates the Girls on the Run event.
Girls on the Run is a national non-profit prevention program that encourages preteen girls to develop self-respect and healthy lifestyles through running. The curriculum addresses all aspects of girls' development - their physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual well-being.
